Thursday 31 January
Welcome Reception
Time: 1800-1900
Location: MECC Exhibition Area
Dress: Smart Casual

The Welcome Reception is an opportunity to renew old friendships and make new acquaintances. Canapés and fine wine will be on offer and quiet background music will be played, allowing for easy conversation and networking. A range of top restaurants within walking distance will be suggested for guests that would like to continue socializing.

Saturday 2 February
Official Congress Dinner
Time: 1900-2300
Location: Studio 3, Crown Casino
Dress: Smart Casual
Studio 3 is the venue for the Official Congress Dinner and will provide a memorable highlight of the Congress. Guests will be treated to a sumptuous three course meal and fine Australian wines with the twinkling backdrop of
Melbourne’s skyline by night.

PRIVATE TOURING/ HOSPITALITY ARRANGEMENTS
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

 

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS
It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
